Position Summary
The Marketing Executive supports the Brand Manager on the development and in-market execution of the annual marketing plan with the overall aim of achieving objectives. In addition, the role will assist in portfolio analysis and analytics consistent with local and global direction.
Responsibilities
Direct responsibility for execution of annual marketing cycle plans.
Supervising execution of consumer promotions while recommending local activity to increase engagement
Local planning and close collaboration with commercial teams to support visibility, distribution width and depth solutions, and support Brand Manager in defining the portfolio ranging needs by channel and market.
Supports Brand Manager in Advertising and Promotion tracking, administrative tasks, vendor management, portfolio actions, and data analytics.
Supports Budget platform (Brand Maker) in development and execution of annual marketing plan cascaded from International
Works with the Brand Maker to identify, leads development and execute local marketing tactics
Collates and provides portfolio analysis and analytics including but not limited to profitability and market share for the Brand Maker and Shopper Based Marketing
Contacts creative agency to develop arts for the brands
Products Registration management with supply team for new products and modifications
Collates and provides competitive intelligence to global teams
Supports the team in budget management, reporting, PO creation and reconciliation
Works cross functionally with commercial, supply chain, category management and finance to ensure flawless and on time execution of marketing initiatives.
Maintain ANZ websites and updates
Management of GS1 report management across the EHI portfolio
Sample management for the marketing team across the EHI portfolio
Master Data Governance and Proof HQ submission and tracking for timely completion
Consumer response management across the EHI portfolio with local and global teams
May support the marketing team during high periods of work
May also perform additional duties across the EHI portfolio as assigned
Be responsible for Consumer Support supplier, acting monthly in customer services
Support Media Campaigns content approvals (social media / influencers)
Develop presentations for Competitive Environment
What we are looking for
Degree required with preference on Business, Marketing
Minimum 2 years business experience
High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office
Team worker
Dynamic and Proactive in solving problems
Demonstrated commercial acumen
Key customer knowledge
Language: English and Spanish level Intermediate - advanced
Experience in Industry Companies
1) Communication
- Development of communication pieces for the commercial team (daily contact)- Monthly approval of social networks and content- Approval of influencer content- Presentation of the competition (campaigns)
2) Supplier management
- Contact with communication agencies (media, influencers, suppliers of point of sale materials, events)- Contracts and connection with legal for approval- 100% management of the consumer service provider
3) Portfolio control
- New product registration- Change of product register- Control and manage the active portfolio- Internal and external product search- Bimonthly price survey- Shipping of products to the Global- P&L development with the Brand Manager
4) Start of Data Analysis
- Contact with sales measurement platforms- Participation in Nielsen meetings for market intelligence insights
5) Budget Control
- Control 100% of the budget in the Brand Maker system (global contact, Energizer's own platform)- Sending order orders and receiving invoices from suppliers- Management of the payment system platform- Responsible for being the person who keeps the money- Contact the financier for explanations of the expensesBehavior-Teamplayer- Organization due to high volume of work- Dynamic- Open to learning new tools and business models- Contact with different areas of the company (supply, financial, commercial)- Microsoft Office (ppt and Excel priority)- Having worked in industry is a differential
