We are looking for an Account / Sales Support Executive (6-to-12 months’ contract) to join our high-performing team in Auckland. This is a fundamental role to support our commercial team with the day-to-day tasks within the FMCG Industry. The incumbent will play a key role within the National Account Team to ensure our customer channel strategies are implemented with excellence. The role is also a key link between the support office and field team that ensures executional excellence at store level.
Support customer requirements, managing customer quires, order management, customer order placement
Managing Energizer product, pricing & trade spend submissions within the customer
Support account managers with reporting of sales and inventory data from multiple data points
Collaborate with Energizer customer supply chain team and customer planning team to improve availability and forecast
Support customer forecasting reviews & input data into Energizer planning tool
Managing Internal Field Team Relationship:
Briefing field team on monthly account priorities
Measuring implementation success and customer KPIs
Identifying improved ways to working
General office and administration tasks
Serving Customers - Develops strong relationships with customers; Stays aware of customer needs, concerns and satisfaction; Responds promptly to customer questions and requests; Effectively manages customer expectations
Demonstrating Initiative - Takes action on his/her own without being prompted; Handles problems independently. Able to internally influence.

Required Skills and Experience
Experience in FMCG or retail preferred (in roles such as: Sales Admin, Sales Representative, Territory Manager).
Experienced Administrator with no FMCG Experience will be considered
University Degree Qualified preferred
Strong analytical skills; can interpret data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint). Nielsen and/or IRI would be an advantage.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Working Relationships & Environment
- This role reports to Sales Director. Key relationships internally will include Marketing, Field operations. Demand Planning, Finance and Supply Chain Team.
