Are you ready to utilise your experience in sales and create records in a highly energetic and achieving environment?
We are currently looking to hire an Area Sales Manager to cover sales in the Traditional Trade and Modern Trade channels (LCC) in Bicol Region / South Luzon. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the candidate would be developing and managing the business towards Energizer’s growth and also play a large part in the overall sales revenue.
This is an ideal role for an experienced and highly motivated sales candidate who is looking to be successful in a well-known international MNC. Prior General Trade field work and distributor management across consumer products space in Philippines is preferred for this position.
Lead and develop Key Dealers toward company growth goals in products distribution and market share
Develop strategic directions / guidelines for Distributor Management & Operations for sustainable growth
Route to market blue print (territory management)
Direct involvement in developing and negotiation of TTA
Plan and ensuring implementation of Traditional Trade and Modern Trade monthly cycle plan and monthly activities
Grow sales revenue by develop Local Modern Trade and key customer’s business plan
College diploma (preferably Finance, Business or Economics Major) with at least five years' experience in related area;
Candidate with own transportation an advantage
Familiar with area of scope (Bicol region)
Has handled distributor and LCC or any key accounts
Experience handling accounts in Traditional Trade & Modern Trade
Advanced problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude and able to develop creative solutions proactively
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance key area of focus
Excellent written and oral communications skills, including ability to document issues and resolutions-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus with ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality outcomes
Team player with ability to work independently in a distributed work environment with flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities
Leadership capabilities, to lead and facilitate conversation with key account operational team; implement trade deals/programs efficiently
Proficient in MS Office and similar tools
Willing to be assigned to anywhere in LUZVIMIN
