We are currently hiring for a high potential individual with strong drive and communication skills to take on the role of a Sales Representative. The incumbent will ensure promotional and sales strategies are executed successfully in all National Accounts and work with the customers to increase share of space and drive sales growth. He/She should be sharp and be able to resolve issues promptly. This is a hands-on role and which requires the incumbent to be independent and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Note that due to high percentage of field-based work, this position requires valid Philippines Driving License and daily car access.
Accountable and responsible to achieve annual sales for Mercury stores within assigned territory
Ensure directives are executed according to plan in all National Accounts
Timely execution of promotional activities planned by the Headquarter
Responsible for stock availability for all customers
Conduct van rides with our Distributor partners
Coach / educate distributor field sales team (DFST) of distributor partner during van ride
Ensure implementation of company programs / projects in Traditional Trade markets
Maintain and build strong relationship with customers
Improve in-store share of space continuously to increase sales volume
Provide feedback on issue that required immediate attention
Look out for competitor activities and work with the Key Account Manager to formulate counter strategies
Required Skills and Experience
At least one year of working experience in Sales Representative role in North or Central Luzon region
Experience of sales experience managing national and mid-size accounts
Strong drive and goal oriented person
Willing to spend more than 80% of the time in the field
Independent and flexible; Strong integrity, influencing and communication skills
Valid Philippines Driving License and daily car access is required for the position
