Position Summary

This role is a staff position with the IT Digital Business Applications organization. This role will work with global Finance and Controllership as a partner to drive innovation, efficiencies, and improvements to the Finance and Controlling applications portfolio. The role will be responsible for the development and support for the financial applications including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA for Central Finance, High Radius, SAC-Planning and Group Reporting and will serve as a partner with the corporate finance and accounting teams to support the financial consolidations, planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. The candidate for this role must have experience with SAP FICO modules and financial and accounting business processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support applications that support our global Finance & Controllership business partners

• Incident/Problem Management for Financial applications

• Drive application and process innovation

• Develop relationships that will position IT as a trusted business partner

• Collaborate with representatives of other IT/functional areas to ensure end to end process integration and consistency

• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance across all implementations to these standards

• Ensure business application systems are developed in a way that complies with established standards, methodologies, and best practices

• Advise management of the project status and problems, or potential problems, on a regular basis

• Perform special projects as required

• Responsible for related audit controls

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related area.

• 5 years of SAP ERP experience, with specific experience in SAP FICO

• Current SAP configuration and module working knowledge in FI and CO such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables and Receivables, Fixed Assets accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center accounting, Treasury, Product Costing and COPA

• Full cycle implementations including Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support

• Business process analysis and redesign experience with strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign, and implementation

• Systems implementation skills including requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support

• Ability to communicate complex concepts in straight-forward business terms to all levels within the organization

• Ability to manage data migrations with appropriate validation and reconciliation

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Willingness to pick up new skills or learn new processes as needed
