Position Summary

This position is responsible for the FP&A deliverables for a Trade Group. Key Result Areas include on time and with appropriate insight the actuals and outlook reporting for the business through collaboration and continuous improvement, while developing the Commercial Finance Team skills set, and specifically on process, systems and policy.

Responsibilities

Specific Accountabilities

  • Support the group business planning by providing foundational financial analysis and reporting.

  • Provide understanding about Trade Group Performance, Outlook and Risk profile, through collaboration with TG GEO Clusters.

  • Develop the Trade Group Annual Business Plan for SG&A through cluster & market partnership, in collaboration with the TG COE

  • Drive continuous improvement in the financial processes & systems deployed within Trade Group & Market, in collaboration with the TG GEO.

  • Identify & deploy best practice to standard Trade Group financial analysis suite provided to the Commercial Team through the TG COES

  • Maintain financial tools and reporting systems to support the commercial planning and forecasting efforts through appropriate documentation, training and SME network.

  • Co-ordinate and be a SME in the deployment of new processes and systems.

  • Support agile team behavior, demonstrating adaptable skills and flexible mindset.

What we are looking for

  • Min 3-5 years business experience (You will be an Individual Contributor)

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance or equivalent experience

  • Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value added work

  • Open, direct, and respectful communication style with excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment, delivering quality output while adhering to tight deadlines.

  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and oral skills

  • Flexible work schedule to collaborate with tams in different times zones.

  • Advanced English

  • Preferred experience with (Hyperion and Power BI)

  • Knowledge with SAP

  • Experience with Developing Markets

  • Experience working in Centers of Excellence
