Position Summary

Reports to the Manager, Auto Care Customer Supply Chain. The Senior Associate, Customer Supply Chain team member is responsible for maintaining seamless order flow from order to delivery by working closely with our customers, commercial team, warehouse, transportation and Supply Chain teams.

Accountabilities

  • Understand key Auto Care supply chain processes (i.e. order fulfillment, DC operations, transportation, manufacturing, planning, and forecasting)

  • Work as the liaison for the commercial team and the customer to deliver on service levels and day to day account management

  • Adhere to order management principles defined by Auto Care

Specific Accountabilities

  • Primary contact for Auto Care customers

  • Process customer orders in the SAP system throughout the entire order to cash process

  • Resolve all order issues including material availability, pricing, and returns within the SAP environment and through a partnership with cross-functional teams

  • Provide professional and effective communication with Auto Customers and internal cross-functional teams

  • Make professional decisions to assess the impact of tactical actions for Auto Care business results

  • Provide reporting and analytics on key performance indicators and business results

  • Key contributor in the project work for seamless execution of our order to cash process as they evolve

  • Analyze orders and inventory to ensure end customer orders meet service level goals (on-time, in full, error-free)

  • Proactively communicate to customers and cross-functional partners on product shortage issues or order delays

  • Maintain orders to meet or exceed the customer expectations

  • Work closely with planning, deployment and distribution centers to facilitate high case fill and on-time delivery metrics

  • Collaborate with commercial team to ensure optimized customer value and relationships

  • Track order in transit and communication to the customer

Required Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience

  • SAP order to cash experience

  • Proven ability within customer service and logistics

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective customer, vendor, and teammate relationships

  • Advanced problem-solving skills

  • Highly effective oral/written communication skills

  • Ability to interact positively with centralized and decentralized teammates

  • Analytical skills/abilities to analyze data from various systems

  • Fact base decision making

  • Process orientated

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • CPG background

  • Automotive background

Working Relationships & Environment

  • Reports to Manager, Auto Care Customer Supply Chain. Key relationships internally will include area commercial teams, operations manufacturing, other regional Global Supply Chain leadership teams.
