Assist, support, and improve all aspects of the Key Metrics; Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, by driving a Lean Culture through continuous improvement. Accountabilities

Perform a variety of repetitive and routine duties to fulfill order requirements to the customer. Maintain an active Powered Industrial Truck/Tugger license as required. Obtain any and all regulatory training as it applies. Move material to and from material storage locations and/or trailers. Understand the inventory systems; computerized or other. Ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate. Understand and perform SAP transactions as required. Maintain forklift and other lifting devices as required, including battery changing/charging, tank changing, water levels and charging areas, as it applies. Maintain visual board per the standard work instructions Assist receiving dock material handlers as required. Understand/assist with palletizer duties and responsibilities, as it applies. Interface with all levels of personnel. Work from established procedures and/or verbal instructions. Maintain work areas in a neat and orderly condition in accordance with the Visual Management and 5S Standards. Assist in the continuous improvement culture and seek opportunities to eliminate waste by participating in RPS (Rapid Problem Solving), and RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) events. Maintain necessary records and Standard Work as instructed. Identify and report the need for Standard Work Changes. Adapt to Standard Work variances. Follow all prescribed Health, Safety and Environmental laws, rules and regulations. Refer all questionable conditions to the Group Leader Perform other duties as required or assigned Escalate all issues affecting the key metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Required Skills and Experience

Weight: Lifting up to 60lbs. Job requires: Mechanical abilities, Powered Industrial Truck/Tugger Operators License, self-direction, possess decision making, problem solving, communication, and basic computer skills. Physical capabilities: Stretching, lifting, climbing, twisting, turning, standing, pulling, pushing, reaching and bending.

Experience Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck/Tugger license Working Relationships & Environment

Work Relationships • Work cross functionally to support Operations and Shipping as well as receiving.
