As a Quality Technician at Energizer Global Auto Care division you will be responsible for conducting testing procedures during manufacturing processes to ensure that products comply with quality standards.
Accountable for plant quality systems including but not limited to inspection, test method, standard work instructions, procedures, product specs and best practices
Monitor, sample, and test product from packaging line to ensure product specifications are being met
Inspect incoming raw materials and components using defined acceptance criteria
Develop and Maintain quality control charts, records of analysis results, certificates of analysis, and other quality data to be able to generate compliance and trend reports and allow investigations into any issues that occur
Notify management of any quality issues, coordinate line shutdown if necessary, and quarantine potentially defective product for further inspection
Develop and audit 5S standards for packaging lines
Responsible for RCCA and feedback to Customer Complaints
This is a First shift position. 12 hour shift (7am – 7pm) with a 2-3-2 schedule

Preferred Skills and Experience
Prior knowledge and experience of any consumer goods packaging industry preferred but not required
Experience in developing Quality processes and inspection standards
Working experience with Microsoft Office and quality tools
Working Relationships & Environment
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, PCOE departments
