Position Summary
We are currently looking to hire Regional Sales Manager to cover sales in East Indonesia region. Reporting to the Sales Director, the incumbent would be leading and managing sales and distribution in assigned territory towards Energizer’s growth and also play a large part in the overall sales revenue.
Responsibilities
Achieve regional sales operational objectives by formulating a sound sales and distribution strategy in assigned territory.
Meet regional sales financial objectives by managing budget, trade investment, customer profitability, and forecast.
Manage execution of distributors/accounts agreements/contracts.
Accomplish regional sales team development objectives by providing support and guidance so that the team is well motivated and engaged to the organization.
Liaise with the other functions to ensure that excellence execution in the market.
Perform other assigned tasks.
What we are looking for
Diploma or Degree in Business preferred.
At least 10 years in Distributor Sales Management or relevant experience
Good Interpersonal skills with proficient use of English and Bahasa Indonesia
Knowledgeable in territory management for assigned area.
Highly driven and motivated personality.
Good with analytical skills.
