Position Summary

Responsible for planning, direction and delivering commercial objectives set for Gulf Markets. Responsible for Business Development across different Developing markets and should have the skills to open new markets while expand current keeping company’s objectives and vision in front. Lead Sales Managers across different markets, individual should apply and implement the company’s values, mission, and vision.

Accountabilities

  • Comprehensive Distributors management

  • Participate in the integrated Commercial Planning Process through developing accurate budgets and forecasts that support business growth

  • Oversees the Distribution and Key Accounts management and ensure performance is in line with the business plans and objectives

  • Maximize return on invested capital by influencing the value chain from top to bottom

  • Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with commercial and non-commercial accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives

  • Ensure the execution of Plans via Sales team while guiding Marketing/Trade/Supply chain team to bridge different departments under same goal

  • Coach the sales team and provide on the job support in achieving sales target and compliance with the sales programs, policies, and procedures.

  • Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business

Required Skills and Experience

  • University Degree/Master’ s Degree in Business Administration

  • Solid Collaboration and communication skills with proven track record in sales/business development and marketing

  • Business leadership in a sophisticated highly developed market

  • Managing in a distributor driven commercial environment

  • Creating a culture that fosters high standards of ethics including sensitivity and awareness necessary in a local culture.

  • Demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership in a non-structured commercial environment
