Position Summary
This role is responsible for global network and telecommunication infrastructure, this includes analysis, design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support and administration of the network and telecommunication infrastructure, and also responsible for participating in long-term planning that ensures the network and telecommunication infrastructure meets current and future business requirements at Energizer locations globally.
Responsibilities
On call support 24x7 that provides administration, advanced support and operational management of network and telecommunication infrastructure
Define and implement strategies that govern their area including lifecycle management, secure operations, monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning of network and voice infrastructure
Identifies and evaluates technical solutions for network and voice infrastructure addressing both short- and long-term business initiatives
Provides technical expertise for operational network and voice infrastructure related issues and maintains the stability of network and voice infrastructure
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
Strong networking skills
Administrative experience on Cisco and Aruba networking platforms
Administrative experience with Cisco and Aruba wireless networking
Administrative experience and working knowledge of Cisco ACS servers and Radius
Problem solving and Analysis to troubleshoot and repair network security infrastructure and engage other IT colleagues and vendors
Proactively monitor events, status and of network infrastructure
Critical thinker open to alternative views to optimize decision making
Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple project deadlines and milestones
Troubleshoot and repair Voice & Video Systems with the assistance of site coordinators and vendors
Prefer Administrative experience and working knowledge of Cisco VPN and SSL security configurations
Prefer Administrative experience and working knowledge of Bluecoat Proxies- web filtering, authentication, acceleration
Prefer Experience with NAC systems, specifically Aruba ClearPass
Prefer experience with Cisco security products, CWS and FireAMP
Prefer some knowledge/experience with voice technologies, preferably Cisco Call Manager, Avaya and Microsoft Voice
Prefer Administrative experience and working knowledge of Cisco ASA platforms, firewall, VPN-AnyConnect, SSL-VPN
Prefer experience with SolarWinds and/or Cisco Prime
