Brand Activation Manager
The Brand Activation Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing business development programmes targeting retailers, wholesalers, buying-groups and shoppers in the hearing care channel across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Driving business growth for the brands consistent with the International marketing cycle plan and global direction will be a key focus.
Managing and executing marketing programmes for the DACH region to meet business objectives.
Providing market intelligence to assist in the production of accurate sales forecasts
Observing, researching and analysing the market, competitive situation and deriving strategies for maintaining and expanding the customer portfolio
Delivering a winning activation program that drives customer and shopper interest and maximized sales performance from brand initiatives.
Working with local sales team to create customer marketing plans that create commercial wins using local data and trade/channel knowledge.
Where required leads customer presentations to ensure category and brand opportunities are maximized.
Sets up new products and executes launch plans, liaising with planning / forecasting, customers and managing inventories and communication
Producing and distributing trade catalogues, selling sheets needed by Sales to communicate activation plans and activities to customers.
Adapting, translating and leveraging central Visibility tools and assets to increase share of voice across all distribution channels

Leading the development and implementation of local, customer-specific visibility projects.
Managing the development and execution of materials for customer trade shows and exhibitions.

For the DACH region, lead the bi-annual market analysis process to report out changes in the competitive environment, market size and potentials
Identifies opportunities to simplify and standardise processes to improve operational efficiency
Manages A&P budgets
Required Skills and Experience
Qualification in Business, Marketing or similar discipline.
Exposure to working direct with customers and sales teams
High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office
Experience of analyzing numbers, data sheets
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets for data reporting and analysis
Demonstrated competencies in collaboration, influence, customer focus, critical thinking and achieving results in alignment with business goals
Preferred Skills and Experience
Self-Starter with the ability to work autonomously
Demonstrated commercial acumen
Articulate and coherent to be able to make and present recommendations to management
Project Management experience
Agency management experience
English, but knowledge of further languages is appreciated
