Joining our UK Commercial team and reporting to the Senior Business Account Manager, you will support on our biggest grocery account and manage the P&L for related subsidiary accounts for the Energizer Batteries, Flashlights and Autocare brands. A strategically important customer where many batteries and flashlights are sold already, but also with opportunities in growing the business in this portfolio.
Support SBAM with all administration, planning, evaluation and analysis relevant to the designated accounts.
Lead the cross functional development of the 4P’s plan (product-price-place-promotion) to scale distribution of our brands in the strategically important convenience channel.
Prepare and deliver trade stories that are more compelling than our competition using market data insights, brand news and customer specific range profit analysis.
Build and modify accurate forecasts to achieve budgeted sales and profit targets and protect availability service level scores.
Maximise sales and profit, through confident and effective negotiating and a return on investment mindset.
Develop positive and productive cross functional relationships internally and externally so customer plans stay on track and we are prioritized ahead of the competition.
Required Skills and Experience
English and Mathematics GCSE Grade C equivalent or above.
Comfortable and Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
A confident and persuasive communicator.
Multiple examples of delivering growth for businesses you have worked with.
You are dynamic and enjoy working in a highly collaborative and open team
