The role is office based in our High Wycombe, London office (minimum 3 days) so you can work cross functionally with our diverse, fun, and results orientated team to drive forward on our growth strategy today, and influence its future direction.
Reporting to the UK Channel Director you will be responsible for the biggest part of our auto care business in one of our biggest auto care markets today, and for future growth potential. You will start with full P&L responsibility for 4 well known national retailers and 1 National Distributor to serve some other key retailers. Your challenge is to mobilise our cross functional team to deliver on the growth action plan we have for these accounts, positively challenging yourself, your team and customers to make your portfolio the fastest growing in Energizer international.

Forecast and adapt annual budget plans to achieve sales and gross profit targets for your portfolio, quarter by quarter.
Collaborate with your manager on how your portfolio specifically will contribute to the UK plan on a page strategy.
Build and present compelling data-based, product-based, and brand-based concept sells to launch products and increase our share of sales with existing customers and new prospects.
Network in all relevant departments (internal and external), to develop positive and productive working relationships.
Through effective negotiation, maximize return on investment, constantly striving to grow sales by adopting a ‘more for less’ approach.
Promote a culture of excellence through continuous improvement in all aspects of the job and all functions thus exceeding expectations of external and internal customers.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in retail account management.
Track record of winning new business with national accounts.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrate excellent account management skills (joint business plan modelling, P&L management, planning promotions and product launches).
An experienced negotiator with national retailers.
A persuasive, professional presenter internally and externally.
Comfortable analysing and presenting sales data.
Can co-ordinate internal and external teams to deliver joint plans.
Able to bring critical thinking and a challenger attitude to unfamiliar challenges.
