In this position you will be part of a fast paced & highly driven team that defines, sets, guides and implements the ecommerce strategy for Energizer Holdings in key markets and key customers across Europe. You will lead a team of three Amazon Business Account Managers who are empowered to drive profitable business growth.
The Senior NAM Amazon Modern Markets – Digital Economy, leads Customer strategy, activation, and delivers business results across all three of Energizer Holdings’ categories – Batteries, Automotive, and Portable Lights. The role leads across six markets today, with an aspiration to expand into additional markets to drive incremental growth.
Lead a team of three Business Account Managers
Deliver Financial Results (Net Sales, Gross Margin $ and Rate) across all three Energizer Holdings business categories (Batteries, Automotive Care, & Portable Lights)
Develop, socialize, and align on Annual Business Plan
Build internal relationships cross-functionally throughout the organization so expectations are aligned upon and roadblocks are removed
Negotiate a broad spectrum of customer agreements, including strategic pricing and assortment, mix management, merchandising, promotions, and trade spend
Facilitate meetings with customer key decision makers and functional leadership, including the line reviews and top-to-top meetings
Manages eCommerce assortment and pricing structure; communicates regularly with Commercial teams to manage channel conflict / ensure alignment across the channel
Owns customer support, including logistics, order processing and fulfillment; coordinates with ISC colleagues to forecast demand and ensure ability to fulfill obligations
Required Skills and Experience
Pureplay eCommerce experience (e.g., Amazon) is essential
Understanding of team leadership and talent management
Experience in leading, influencing, and implementing change within an organization
Understanding of Category Management dynamics
Understanding of P&L and how Category decisions affect the Financials
Ability to speak German and/or French is a plus
+10 years of relevant business experience in sales, marketing, or related area
High level of emotional intelligence
