Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in the FP&A deliverables for International. In addition, the Sr. Financial Analyst, will drive the appropriate training, support, and network to continuously improve the competency level of the finance function of the Trade Group. Key Result Areas include on time and with appropriate insight the actuals and outlook reporting for the business through collaboration and continuous improvement, while developing the Commercial Finance Team skills set, and specifically on process, systems, and policy.


  • Provide understanding about Trade Group Performance, Outlook and Risk profile, through collaborations with TG GEO Clusters.

  • Support the group business planning by providing foundational financial analysis and reporting for markets.

  • Identify & deploy best practice to standard Trade Group financial analysis suite provided to the Commercial Team through the TG COES

  • Develop the Trade Group Annual Business Plan for SG&A through cluster & market partnership, in collaboration with the TG COE

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems & processes deployment within Trade Group & Markets, through collaboration with TG Geo.

  • Maintain financial tools and reporting systems to support the commercial planning and forecasting efforts through appropriate documentation, training, and SME network

  • Co-ordinate and be a SME in the deployment of new processes and systems

  • Co-ordinate engagement in programs of development for finance and non-finance teams to help raise understanding Energizer’s sales and profit growth, using assets that can be repeat utilized to drive best practice.

  • Support agile team behavior, demonstrating adaptable skills and flexible mindset

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance

  • Min 2-5 years business experience

  • Experience of operating in a complex matrix environment & collaborating effectively with internal and external business partners.

  • Must be multi country, multi customer, business challenges could contain some ambiguity

  • Demonstration of operational thinking, passion, teamworking and relationship building to influence.

  • Strong drive and ability to influence indirectly to achieve results

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment, delivering quality output while adhering to tight deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
