The Executive Batteries and Lighting APAC/MEA will support and execute the Global and Local product cycle plans and will look after the maintenance of the current product portfolios by liaising with the cross functional teams (Supply Chain and Packaging CoE) and by managing the master data tools.
Maintain up to date product portfolios across the different international tools
Liaise with PCoE/ Supply Chain for global and local SKUs launches and updates
Lead master data creation
Act as the main point of contact for APAC / MEA markets requests
Work effectively and efficiently with a sense of urgency to meet stringent deadline in a qualitative way to exceed the stakeholder expectations
Support product group artworks development and graphics modifications in line with Global direction in compliance with local language and legal requirements for APAC/MEA markets
Updates and maintains a full & current portfolio of permanent and temporary SKUs
Effective brief & coordinate Cycle Plan initiatives and ad hoc developments with INTL Supply Chain and PCOE teams, ensuring timely execution of the cycle plan
Brief the APAC / MEA Visibility team on support requirements and tools for all major product and brand cycle plan initiatives and new product introductions in line with global designs and Area guidelines.
Deliver efficient and effective executional tools and assets to support hub execution of the International Cycle Plan Initiatives.
Advise and assist any local design and production of custom displays required for specific accounts or channels in order to restrict sku proliferation and control working capital.
Track and report annual expenditure for area of responsibility.
Required Skills and Experience
Degree or equivalent required with an emphasis on Business, Marketing or similar
Experience of consumer/shopper marketing, category management or packaging management.
Strong analytical skill with and Commercial acumen; problem solving attitude and good adaptability working in a cross-market, fast-paced environment
Time management skills, ability to prioritize projects and work effectively within cross-functional and virtual teams
Demonstrated competencies in influencing, collaboration, teamwork, critical thinking and achieving results in alignment with business goals.
A proactive, can-do attitude and not afraid to roll your sleeves up
Working Relationships & Environment
Reports to Manager Batteries APAC/MEA and in dotted line to International Manager Lighting.
Key relationships internally with Brand Activation Managers, Local Brand activation teams, Category Development Managers, Supply Chain, PCoE teams, Co-packing team, Procurement and Finance.
Externally with agencies and suppliers.
