The Marketing Operations Executive, Batteries APMEA will support and implement the Global and Local product cycle plans, develop battery portfolio including the associated packaging artworks, work through the systems and standardize end-to-end go-to-market processes, tools, catalogues and other market needs by closely partnering with cross-functional teams (Global Battery Category, Local Marketing Teams, Packaging Center of Excellence - PCOE, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Legal, Regulatory).
Maintain product portfolios up-to-date across the different systems & tools
Liaise with cross-functional teams for global and local SKU launches and various updates.
Conducts regular portfolio productivity analysis to recommend SKU rationalization and coordinate implementation
Responsible for consumer unit packaging artworks delivery by working with the agency, PCOE, Legal and Regulatory (new standards for compliance)
Support product group artworks development and graphics modifications in line with Global direction in compliance with local language and legal requirements for APMEA markets
Effectively brief & coordinate marketing cycle plan (MCP) initiatives and ad hoc developments with INTL Supply Chain and PCOE teams, ensuring timely implementation
Lead product master data creation
Required Skills and Experience
Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Operations or similar course
Experience in packaging development and operations, product & portfolio management, consumer marketing
Agency and supplier management experience
Master data management, packaging or supply chain exposure
High-level computer skills in Microsoft Office
Good English communication skills (spoken & written) who can articulate clearly across regional teams & cohesive thinking, identify issues, and come up with a proposed solution
Good multi-cultural exposure--- sensitivity to others
Comfortable and delivers in a collaborative virtual working environment
Excellent operational discipline, good time management and prioritization skill
Problem-solving attitude and flexibility - ability to multitask and handle pressure in a dynamic environment
Working Relationships & Environment
Key relationships internally with Brand Activation Managers, Local Brand activation teams, Category Development Managers, Supply Chain, PCoE teams, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory
Works with external partner agencies and suppliers
