Energizer Channel Director MT in KL, Malaysia
Position Summary
Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through robust forward planning, deployment and leading the modern trade team in line with company vision and values.
Strategize short and long term plan, implement action plans to achieve business KPIs
Develop productive long term relationships with customers, ability to drive trade investment effectively and efficiently
Lead annual budget planning process for Modern Trade Channel
Collabrate with International Trade Development team in implementing category management
Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with the Marketing Department; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation
Execute national marketing program effectively
Lead field sales force team to execute field work with excellence, ensuring share of space more than market shares, look like market leader
Able to gather important market intelligence includes demands, trends, competition
Collaborate with supply chain in demand forecast planning
Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts through undertaking regular and frequent field visits to audit own and competitor activity
Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed and ensure general development for the overall sales process
Coach and develop team and provide on the job support in achieving business target and compliance with the sales programs, policies and procedures
Actively participate and involve in local or regional commercial projects
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor Degree Major in Business Administration/Marketing/Finance
Excellent command of English in both writing and spoken. Proficient in other dialect will be an advantage.
Skilled in presenting to big audience & / or high level
Min 7 years on Key Accounts Management
