Responsible for planning, direction and delivering commercial objectives and P&L. Responsible for Business Development and should have the skills to open new areas while expanding current, keeping company's objectives and vision in front. Lead and partner with the distributors across different markets, individual should apply and implement the company's values, mission and vision.
Participate in the integrated Commercial Planning Process through developing accurate budgets and forecasts that support business growth
Oversees the Distribution and Key Accounts management and ensure performance is in line with the business plans and objectives
Maximize return on invested capital by influencing the value chain from top to bottom
Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with commercial and non-commercial accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives
Ensure the execution of Plans via team while guiding Marketing/Trade/Supply chain team to bridge different departments under same goal
Coach the Distributors' sales team and provide on the job support in achieving sales target and compliance with the sales programs, policies and procedures
Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Administration
At least 2 years working experience in FMCG or similar industry preferred
Selling experience with a good track record is a must have
Fluent English and French is mandatory
