Position Summary

Based in our Manila Office, this role is responsible to arrange administrative, operational, and support to the Manila Leadership team, particularly the Business Director and HR Manager.



•Provide professional administrative and research support to the Business Director

•Work closely and effectively with the Business Director to keep well informed of upcoming

commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately

•Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on

projects to successful completion

•Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Business Director including: managing the

calendar of appointments; composing and preparing business correspondence; arranging complex

and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for internal and

external meetings, as required

General Administration

•Maintain office facilities and supplies

•In line with company policy, order Business Cards, grant and remove site access and order Corporate

Cards for new starters and existing colleagues

•Support Town Hall meeting / All Staff Training arrangements as necessary

•Support Employee Engagement Events

•Collect Company Postal Mail

•Complete Receptionist tasks where necessary which may include by is not limited to site visitors,

interviewing candidates, suppliers and customers of Energizer

•Support for and coordination of visitors to the office (accommodation, transport, meetings etc.)

Required Skills and Experience

•Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent

•At least 2 years of relevant experience

•Strong IT skills, Proficient in MS Office programs

•Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, and able to communicate effectively with


•Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to be proactive in the identification of initiatives

related to Office Administration or assigned duties
