Position Summary

Reporting to the Business Unit Lead of Global Auto Care Asia Sub Region, this role acts as a primary point in contact for distributor logistic team on order fulfilment, delivery schedules and logistics arrangement. You are expected to provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers throughout all points of contact.

Accountabilities

•Manage day-to-day logistic related relationship to support business development and Business Unit

Leader to achieve the targets.

•Responsible for day-to-day customer service support, include but not limited to order entry, invoicing

and logistics arrangement.

•Work closely with internal and external cross functional team to achieve maximum customer order

fulfilment.

•Proactively liaise with customers, factory, distribution centre, demand planner, supply planner,

finance, sales and marketing, third party logistics provider, to expedite shipment and resolve any

matters that may impede customer order management.

•Proactively track and review with customers on back order status, and initiate shipment or action

plans with relevant departments to reduce back order.

•Prepare all needed shipping documents and ensure timely submission to customers/financial

institutions for smooth clearance and accounts receivable.

•Close co-ordination with supply planner and logistics group to maximize order fill rates and cost

effective logistics arrangements

•Maintenance of SAP record

•Compile and submit sales and customer reports on a regular basis.

•Track status of sales cycles and implementation projects for customers

Required Skills and Experience
