Position Summary
This F&C Supervisor is responsible for the general accounting process for the market (Legal Entity) assigned as well as submission of monthly closing (HFM), also will be responsible for monthly G/L account conciliations along with monthly and quarterly and annual reports. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, possess excellent technical skills, with the ability to think analytically while demonstrating the strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with multiple business partners at varying levels of the company.
Responsibilities
Universal Accountabilities
Plays an integral role in the accounting general process and analysis
Works with his/her manager on special projects, as needed
Partners with other members of the Finance Team on cross functional initiatives
Specific Accountabilities
Develop the accounting records and the calculation of provisions for all operations of the company, according to generally accepted accounting rules and institutional procedures.
Prepare monthly costs close to inform each area of variations found in departmental costs, making each responsible to take the necessary corrective actions.
Supervise the correct application of valuations of costs and inventories
Monitor, track and control overhead spending for responsibility market
Preparation and submission of annual and quarterly reports
Implement operative and strategic financial plans for the Company in accordance with the administrative practice and policy, any partial review and the assessment of implementation of approved plans.
Work on the estimation of the information handling and re-engineering of the business process.
Drive planning processes in the Company (Strategy Review / Budget Review / Quarterly Performance Review / Annual Performance Review / Monthly Rolling Forecast)
Ensure effective and efficient financial resource management (Overheads / Working Capital)
Actively participate in the economic / financial analysis of the business proposals, promotions and combos
Participate in the Pre-SOP Meetings providing an accurate forecast to deliver Company’s expected performance and profitability in the short and long term.
Provide support by relevant financial analysis, plan consolidation, highlighting areas of opportunity to enhance financial performance
Contribute to improve reporting processes in ENR. Develop and maintain a business results and KPI system to monitor progress against objectives of the Company
Analyze financial performance identifying key issues and trends for discussion with the Senior Management and Directors
Active participation in the Annual Business Plan process
What we are looking for
Graduate in Business Administration, CPA or related careers
5 years of financial and administrative experience, preferably in mass consumption multinational companies
Minimum 5 years in accounting & analysis experience
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business partners
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Technical experience in SAP and Hyperion (HFM)
