Energizer Customer Supply Chain Manager, Italy in Milan, Italy

Position Summary

Based in Milano, Italy, and reporting to the Senior Director, International Supply Chain, Modern Markets, the incumbent will be responsible for managing and developing the Customer Supply Chain team supporting the Italian market, representing Italy customer service in the France/Italy leadership team, and contributing as an active member of the Modern Markets supply chain leadership team. 

You will also through a strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers, develop and support functional and business objectives.  You will  roll out the global supply chain processes and policies, and drive the continuous improvement roadmap to maintain and leverage our service level to meet customer and business expectations while optimizing our value to serve. 



  • Advocate for supply chain excellence by focusing to maintain our service levels to segmented customers' expectations, while optimizing our Value to Serve and leveraging our structure

  • Develop significant influence / collaboration with Commercial, Customers, Integrated Supply Chain (W&D, planning, trade compliance) and F&C colleagues to plan, develop and execute customer supply chain strategies in alignment with Global Supply Chain and commercial strategies

  • Set goal oriented KPI to drive team forward

  • Accountable for coaching and developing talent within the Italy Customer Supply Chain team

  • Assure leveraging of industry best practices


Required Skills and Experience

  • Degree graduate with 5-10 years of experience in a supply chain

  • 3 years of experience in a customer facing management role, ideally in the FMCG industry

  • Ability to translate company and supply chain strategy into practical actions and plans.

  • Strong Leadership & Analytical skills

  • Collaborative minded, excellent communicator coupled with strong negotiation & influence skills

  • Customer focused with strong needs identification capacity

  • Fluency in English & Italian
