As part of the Global HAB Pro Battery & OEM Finance Team and reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is key in providing timely and accurate financial information and support to the Commercial and Marketing teams.
In the role, you’ll be collaborating with stakeholders to enable the business to achieve its sales and profit goals, in addition to supporting the accounting team in ensuring accuracy of the entries being passed to the ledgers and subsequent reconciliations.
Assist Finance Manager in planning process including Annual Budget Planning, liaising with relevant stakeholders, and providing relevant accurate submissions into Hyperion.
Responsible for quality, accuracy, and timely submission of monthly / quarterly forecasts
Provide regular financial analysis to support commercial pricing decisions, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Delivery of customer / country profitability analysis to support dynamic growth and improving profit margins.
Provide guidance on pricing and trade investment accruals.
Prepare monthly brand analysis, including commentary and provide support to the marketing team with A&P analysis and overhead reporting.
Responsible for BI and financial awareness training to the commercial organisation in addition to on-going review and improvement of Finance owned and facilitated resources, systems, processes to ensure optimal productivity and effectiveness as business needs evolve.
Required Skills and Experience
Part / Qualified Chartered Management Accountant (or equivalent)
Graduate degree with a strong emphasis on Finance, Accounting and Management (preferred)
A high level of numeracy and experience performing analysis with large volumes of data
Good working knowledge SAP and Hyperion (preferred)
Advanced Excel user
Effective communication, analytical and presentation skills
Critical thinking demonstrated by analytical and systematic approach in solving issues in timely manner
Results and Business Orientated with committed focus on deadlines.
Experience within an organization of similar size and complexity, ideally gained within an FMCG environment preferred
