Position Summary

Responsibility for testing coordination, regulatory research, registrations, chemical database administration and general product regulatory and safety coordination of the auto care (appearance, refrigerants, fuel additives).

Accountabilities

  • Safety datasheet development

  • Chemical and product registration

  • Reviewing product and packaging safety and regulatory marking against checklist

  • Regulatory research

  • Maintain technical and safety documents in an online database

Specific Accountabilities

  • Safety datasheet online portal entry

  • Assisting in safety datasheet creation

  • Assisting in providing basic chemical use advice to Research and Development during product formulation

  • Researching regulatory requirements

  • Modification and maintenance of database for product information

  • Assist in obtaining information from suppliers and TPMs

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent English fluency

  • Creative thinker

  • Willingness to learn and adapt

  • Ability to apply general guidance to varied situations

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written

  • Proficient in Microsoft IT packages

  • Qualified to A-level standard

  • Understanding of chemicals regulations and safety data sheets

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’ s degree in a technical field
