Position Summary

Energizer are seeking a customer orientated Customer Supply Chain Master Data Team Leader to manage team and maintain excellent client (internal and external) relationships. This exciting opportunity will allow you to be the first line of communication for Energizer and enable you to demonstrate our corporate vision of outstanding customer service to all through effective order management and building lasting relationships with customers, especially those under your responsibility.


  • Manage MDG process (part related with CSC)

  • Manage and maintenance SKU switches for CSC perspective.

  • Provide regular update and feedback about switch status.

  • Manage and develop team.

  • Management of requests related with CSC MD topics (extension, outputs, auto solutions)

  • Contact with customers and ENR functions.

  • Proactive customer engagement. For example, propose alternative solutions for current WoW, implement simplification ideas if possible.

  • Management and support for CSC team in terms of SAP OTC challenges.

  • Use daily/weekly/monthly reports to drive decisions on managed scope.

  • Work collaboratively with Supply Chain functions

  • Working with Accounts Receivable / Customer Master Data team to deal with queries effectively.

  • Seeking to review and implement continuous improvement to day-to-day role ensuring best practice always maintained.

  • Continuously strive to achieve personal development supporting business objectives.

  • Ongoing continuous improvement approach/ initiative related with scope.

  • Ready for new challenges.

  • EDI/Hybris or other automation ideas roll out/implementation.

  • Participation in the projects

  • Other tasks

Required Skills and Experience

  • Educated to a minimum of Master’ s degree in Maths, Data Management, Analytics or equivalent

  • Fluent English is a must

  • Team management experience

  • Highly developed IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative

  • Passionate about customer service

  • Highly organized and able to manage deadlines effectively and efficiently

  • High levels of attention to detail

  • Flexible and responsive working style

  • Good communicator with an excellent telephone manner

  • Tenacity and initiative

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Graduate level or equivalent, desirable

  • Experience and knowledge of the SAP system

  • Experience of working within a similar business environment – FMCG

  • Experience and knowledge of the EDI and automation
