Energizer Customer Service Analyst (Night Shift) in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Position Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to join us as we continue to build our centralized Customer Services Team at The Pinnacle, Sunway. You will be part of a team that supports the Asia Pacific region, and have a work arrangement of 10pm-7am (Sunday night to Friday morning) We will also be extending training at the start of your employment.

Accountabilities

  • Key in sales orders received from the market

  • Ensure order is processed within the cut off time

  • Maintain and clear EDI errors daily

  • Escalate order (processing) issues to the market Customer Service and Supply Chain Teams to resolve the issues

  • Inform the IT team of any order or system issues and ensure it is resolved

  • Processing of credit notes and debit notes.

  • Provide weekly feedback to manager on any order processing issue

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in order processing preferably within the FMCG Sector

  • Experienced in processing a large volume of orders and supporting multiple countries

  • Working knowledge of order to cash system

  • Strong user in SAP, iScala or large scale ERP environment

  • Experience working in a matrix environment in a global multi-national company would be advantageous

  • Independent and meticulous

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, clear written English language skills

  • Results-oriented and detailed with a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to support working on public holidays and given replacement in lieu
