Energizer Sr. Analyst, HR Services in Philippines, Philippines

Position Summary

The role is responsible for supporting the operation of Workforce (HR Data) Administration processes and SuccessFactors support, including support to transition and stabilize operations to a new WFA provider through ongoing process improvements and leading process optimization initiatives. The Sr. HR Services Analyst will partner with the WFA provider to proactively manage stalled cases, review and analyze trends, rollout ongoing trainings and internal documentation related to the process, and identify and resolve gaps with the relevant stakeholders to address these.

In addition, the Sr. Analyst will be tapped by the Global SuccessFactors (SF) Support team to perform SF maintenance/administrative type activities, including, but not limited to updating cost centers, batch loading updates, complex reporting, periodic audit of data in SF to ensure data integrity within HR Information systems, and other related projects/tasks

Accountabilities

  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders with the delivery of payroll services

  • Proactive Case Management / Stalled Workflows and Pending tickets review

  • Internal Subject Matter Expert on WFA-related processes

  • Drive/lead process optimization and small-medium scale projects related to WFA / Case Management

  • Act as the primary point-of-contact to support other functions or locations on WFA issues, both from the provider and internal stakeholders’ perspective

  • Recommend ongoing changes to improve WFA services

  • Coordinate / participate in the audit process, as required

  • Escalate issues per the defined governance schedule

  • Ongoing maintenance/administrative SuccessFactors support

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent practical experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR / Regional Workforce Administration experience required

  • Strong background in SuccessFactors and other HRIS systems/tools

  • Strong background in Case Management systems/tools

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Strong Customer Service and analytical skills

  • Experience in leading process optimization projects

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Background in SuccessFactors & ServiceNow or similar platforms

  • Knowledge on Energizer-specific processes, an advantage

Working Relationships & Environment

  • Reports to Payroll / Workforce Administration Manager, APAC and MEA

  • Dotted reporting line to HR Systems & Data Administration Manager (for SF-related tasks)

  • Key relationships internally will include the HR Services team, HR Business Partners

  • Key relationships externally will include the global WFA provider and partner

  • Located in the Philippines

  • Shift: Mid-shift (2-11pm, but should be flexible based on business requirements)

  • Physical requirements –Remote

  • Very minimal / no travel requirements
