Position Summary
The incumbent reports to the Plant Manager, and is responsible for the management of Maintenance & Engineering activities and MRO. Responsible for the application of maintenance & Engineering program including ; equipment and building/ utility maintenance system, MRO stores management and sub assembly, Predictive maintenance, and project executions . Responsible to overlook Plant costing and capital & expenses.
Accountabilities
Responsible for the safety of all maintenance and engineering their training in Safety and for the enforcement of Safety programs and policies.
Responsible to develop maintenance & engineering activities, spare part and drawings
Responsible to prepare budget of Variable Expense and Period Expense and control their spending.
Facilitates Problem Solving action related to equipment, part and projects
Identify Training Need Analysis, propose, develop internal training for maintenance and engineering team
To Ensure Maintenance & Engineering program (Preventive Maintenance, Course Of PM, Project Management) are running well
Ensures effective operation of the Machine Shop and MRO, thru the Machine Shop and MRO Supervisors to support Line and Preventive maintenance.
Prepares and conducts Appraisals for all Maintenance & Engineering team.
Specific Accountabilities
Accountable for managing Maintenance budget.
Accountable for for managing Spend Management of projects
Accountable for managing MRO value and turn
Accountable to conduct FFA of the staff
Accountable for the development of Maintenance & Engineering group
Accountable for the establishment and maintenance of Company Manual and Maintenance Procedures
Work Coordination
Value Stream (Production Dept). and QSHEA Dept. related to machine maintenance than problem solving.
HR/IR Dept. related to maintenance /technical training.
Purchasing related to buying dan vendor development for spare part.
Quality Dept. related to tools calibration.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Education:
- Reputable university graduation from Mechanical Engimeering (S1).
Work Experience:
5 Years’ Experience in the same field.
English is a compulsory
Computer : Ms. Office, Internet
Good interpersonal skill and strong personality.
