Position Summary
Responsible for supporting the Global Compensation team in analysis and execution of programs and policies related to stock plan administration, compensation support, and administration of other Total Rewards programs including recognition, tuition reimbursement and charitable foundation analytics. Responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the equity compensation programs, with an eye toward optimizing process.

Execution and administration of long-term incentive equity program, compensation programs support, and compliance related to compensation programs
Plan communications preparation for participants, leaders, and HR business partners
Administration of other Total Rewards programs such as recognition, tuition reimbursement and charitable foundation analytics, and potential for others as assigned
Continue to build knowledge of the company, processes and internal customers

Specific Accountabilities
Responsible for equity program administration, working with various stakeholders in HR, Legal, Payroll, Tax and Finance to execute the program, reward key talent, and ensure appropriate governance and compliance
Responsible for stock program vendor management, partnership on global budget with HR leadership and Finance to support program nomination and budget tracking
Comfort with Excel to perform audits, reconciliations, v-lookups, data edits and calculations with large data sets
Administer employee equity incentive plans globally including processing grants, cancellations, exercises and releases (including tax withholding calculations)
Prepare grant agreements and coordinate delivery of grant communications; track employee grant acceptance and follow up with employees as needed in online systems
Maintain equity plan administration processes and procedures, including updating policies, guidelines, processes and workflows related to timely reporting, financial compliance, governance, participant communication and other necessary documentation
Stay current on regulatory, legal and other developments (e.g., SEC, FASB, IRS and non-U.S. tax rules and regulations, expatriates) affecting the treatment of equity-based compensation
Partner effectively and proactively with Human Resources, Legal, Payroll and Accounting to anticipate, implement and/or address equity compensation initiatives/matters
Ensure compliance with regulations and update plan documentation as needed; assist in coordinating election period, training sessions and other internal communications and respond to participant inquiries
Prepare equity reports and assist in the review and reconciliation of equity information and comply with requirements for internal and external auditors.
Work with outside service providers, including transfer agent and brokers, to manage restricted stock units; and coordinate with Payroll, and Accounting for proper tax withholding on vesting events
Periodic reporting of current and terminated employees stock data to Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting
Generate, analyze and audit internal reports and support systems for equity initiatives, internal reporting, financial disclosures and other reports for high risk and sensitive data
Provide support for equity and recognition surveys, internal benchmarking initiatives, termination schedules and other ad-hoc data requests
Provide sensitive stakeholder support, including answering questions from employees, and internal and external partners; work to resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner
Support continuous improvement of equity and recognition programs, collecting feedback from HRBPs, Managers, and recipients to improve the experience, recommend best practices and new program ideas
Responsible for service award recognition program vendor management and budget management
Partner with other team members to develop education/communication materials on the above global programs
Perform necessary analytics for ROI on programs to help the business make performance-driven decisions
Responsible for administration of tuition reimbursement program and coordination with internal HRBPs
Responsible for charitable foundation matching gift program reporting and analytics for continuous improvement
Support acquisition-related due-diligence and integration analyses
Support administration of other total rewards programs execution as needed
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
2-4 years of work experience in Human Resources preferably specializing in rewards, compensation and/or stock plan administration
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills
Good time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize own workload
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work to a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal instructions
Self-motivated and highly adaptable to change
Ability to work across cultures
Flexibility on work schedule to work with international colleagues and vendors when required

Preferred Skills and Experience
Strong Presentation and Project Management skills
Knowledge of stock plan administration and total rewards programs, Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred

Office environment (located in current Energizer US location) or home office.
