Position Summary
Energizer Holdings is seeking a Systems Administrator for the in-house Creative team supporting Marketing-led digital tools. The successful candidate is curious, a problem solver and a creative thinker who will manage various tools used across global internal and external teams and users. These tools include project management tool, digital asset management system, content review system, font management tool, and 3D DAM. Primary responsibilities include general management and maintenance of the tools, troubleshooting with the systems as well as users including Designers and Marketing colleagues, documenting user guidance, user onboarding and training, implementing tool optimizations, and integration with other systems.
This person’s role will require a positive, open, creative, and collaborative perspective to ensure internal customer needs are met and optimized while maintaining the integrity of our tools and cross-functional integration.
Responsibilities
Oversee and execute requests for system updates based on business needs or vendor changes
Problem solving to manage and resolve user help requests and system errors
Daily maintenance activities (pending system needs)
Manage and develop user guidance documentation and training
Work within team of other System Administrators, with back up responsibilities across tools as needed
Grant new-user access and maintain user roles across all systems tools for all internal and external users
Oversee inflow of DAM assets and ensure quality of Metadata
Serve as Systems Admin main point of contact for in-house creative team, fielding questions and communicating issues (and resolutions) as needed across all tools
Manage incoming help request ticket system, ranging from quick-fix tickets to more complex issues. Work to resolve tickets where possible, escalate for additional support where needed
Collaborate with other Systems Admin colleagues as needed
Troubleshoot issues that arise, including consideration of integrated systems and the trickle-down impact of a change
Work with designers, project managers and other users to understand how tools are used, resulting in an ability to provide continued optimization within tools
Work with all levels of internal business partners to answer questions, manage expectations and provide training and foster user adoption
Review vendor updates to ensure tool optimizations are applicable and implemented appropriately
Develop and keep updated user guidance documentation for multiple tools
Help identify best practices for system governance, security, and archiving
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Identify opportunities to enhance the various system’s functionality and efficiency based on user feedback and evolving business needs
What we are looking for
3-5 years' experience managing project management tools. Workfront preferred.
Experience of understanding concepts and technologies of managing a Digital Asset Management system
Strong attention to details, with analytical problem-solving mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Strong understanding of meta data structures and interdependencies
Strong communication skills
Ability to train users at all levels
Works well independently and within a team
Developing new and optimized processes, and documenting user guidance
Familiarity with creative workflows, marketing processes and content production lifecycles
