Position Summary
The Director, SC&O (Supply Chain & Operations) Projects leads the Supply Chain Tower (inclusive of Supply Chain, Operations, Quality & Safety, and Warehousing & Distribution) of the S4 global program, spanning business processes across Energizer partnering across S4 Towers, including the IT Supply Chain Tower Lead to ensure successful delivery of the Supply Chain solution. You will be a key leader managing high-level business stakeholders across Energizer, while managing integrated timelines and costs.
Additionally, this role will also be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies that will improve delivery of SC&O initiatives. The Director, SC&O Projects drives business results through strong collaboration and influence by working with cross-functional experts to support, define, engage, and align stakeholders, organize and ensure resources for and launch initiatives, inclusive of international integrations.
Responsibilities
Act on behalf of the SC&O business throughout the S4 program to ensure Global Supply Chain requirements are delivered with decisions aligning with the S4 Program Vision and Energizer’s overall strategy
Manage business stakeholders and SMEs, championing industry best practice and Global standardized processes with efficient integration to current and future Edge solutions, and minimal customizations
Influence all levels of the organization to reach difficult decisions on complex initiatives and inter-dependencies
Identify and implements solutions to meet the SC&O organizational needs related to projects, portfolio, risk, and change management
Partner across S4 Tower Leads on cross-team requirements, impacts, and issues to drive streamlined processes, delivering effectiveness and efficiencies
Confirm Supply Chain solution will enable the benefits, driving streamlined processes, lower costs and efficiencies across standard business processes
Understand and champions the case for change within the business
Warrant 100% of the business requirements are identified and dispositioned, leveraging the Global Process Governance Council to account for deviations from industry best practice
Ensure alignment of business requirements to scope of releases, according to multi-year program roadmap/budget
Operate as an escalation point for the Supply Chain Tower regarding requirements dispositioning, solutioning
Mobilize business and external resources to support the program, partnering with S4 Business Lead and IMO to identify resource constraints across other Energizer projects
Ensure implementation/deployment plan aligns to Supply Chain business needs/constraints
Assist change management team in developing and delivering communications to Supply Chain stakeholders
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years working in an operations environment with plant leadership experience
SAP Supply Chain operations experience
Average travel of 50%
Strong, transparent communication skills, clearly communicating to S4 program team and EHI leadership
Strong bias to action
Excellent written and verbal communications, active listening, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage leaders and teams in way that builds trust and credibility
Ability to build strong relationships with leaders and colleagues at all organizational levels to influence and move toward a common goal
Extensive experience working effectively in a distributed, team-oriented, and collaborative environment.
Flexible and adaptable with ability to work in ambiguous situations
