Position Summary
The eComm Designer, Creative Design role will support our mission through the development and execution of eCommerce and Digital creative asset solutions and artwork for our multi branded portfolios that drives brand conversion whilst aligning with global brand and product strategies and priorities to drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
Executes eCommerce and Digital graphic development and transcreation in line with Brand look and feel
Collaboration with Project Managers, Lead Designers, Digital Economy, and Category Teams to ensure timely execution of ecommerce digital content and assets
Responsible for the execution of brand and product assets as assigned
Assets include but are not limited to: A+ content, B+ Enhanced content, optimizing packaging hero images, retail specific assets, social media platform visuals
Reviewing proofs at all stages, tracking all revisions, organizing & maintaining proof files
Attend project meetings to understand concept, timelines, objectives and specifications
Manage daily workflow effectively
Organizing assets, shepherding/traffic to stakeholders, executing asset deployment
Review files prior to releasing/delivering to ensure adherence to established standards
May also perform additional duties as assigned
What we are looking for
3+ years of professional experience in web design, with at least 2+ years specifically in eCommerce design.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of eCommerce projects, demonstrating the ability to design user-friendly, visually appealing, and high-converting eCommerce assets.
Four-year degree required in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or other related degree or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
Up to date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the eCommerce space.
High Fluency and experience with content creation software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects
Experience managing design projects from concept to completion, including collaborating with cross-functional teams such as developers, marketers, and product managers.
Lifestyle photography and retouching
Knowledge of all digital platforms
Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver on brand
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Motivated self-starter with positive attitude and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with all professional levels
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management tools
