Position Summary

The Media Intern will assist the Media team in managing day-to-day campaigns, operations, and audience development activities for Automotive Product campaigns on Programmatic Display/Video, Meta, Snap, YouTube and other platforms. They will have the opportunity to present an end of semester report that showcases skills gained throughout their internship experience (time permitting).


  • Assist with monitoring pacing of in-house media buys across Meta & Google

  • Pull & analyze reporting of in-house media buys across Meta & Google

  • Help provide insights to contribute to monthly and/or weekly metrics reports

  • Support media team during presentations & calls

  • Perform digital marketing & competitive research

  • Assist on influencer campaign strategy

  • Assist with establishing asset management best practices (HIVE)

  • Various project management and tasks as assigned

What we are looking for

  • Education and Certification: Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar. However, other majors will be considered if applicant has relevant interests and skills

  • Junior or senior in college

  • An interest in the digital & social media space

  • Confident self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced work environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills

  • Critical thinker and problem solver with a positive mindset

  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

  • A team player, willing and able to jump in to support coworkers and learn new skills

  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
