Energizer Manager, Center of Excellence of Finance Developing Markets (Remote) in Saint Louis, Missouri

Position Summary
This position is responsible for the FP&A deliverables for a Trade Group. In addition, the Finance Manager will drive the appropriate training, support and network to continuously improve the competency level of the finance function of the Trade Group. Key Result Areas include: on time and with appropriate insight the actuals and outlook reporting for the business through collaboration and continuous improvement, while developing the Commercial Finance Team skills set, and specifically on process, systems and policy.
Specific Accountabilities
Provide understanding about Trade Group Performance, Outlook and Risk profile, through collaborations with TG GEO Clusters
Support the group business planning by providing foundational financial analysis and reporting for markets
Identify & deploy best practice to standard Trade Group financial analysis suite provided to the Commercial Team through the TG COES
Develop the Trade Group Annual Business Plan for SG&A through cluster & market partnership, in collaboration with the TG Center of Excellence
Drive continuous improvement in financial systems & processes deployment within Trade Group & Markets, through collaboration with the TG Geo
Maintain financial tools and reporting systems to support the commercial planning and forecasting efforts through appropriate documentation, training and SME network
Coordinate and be a SME in the deployment of new processes and systems
Coordinate engagement in programs of development for finance and non-finance teams to help raise understanding Energizer’s sales and profit growth, using assets that can be repeat utilized to drive best practice
Support agile team behavior, demonstrating adaptable skills and flexible mindset
Required Skills and Experience
BS degree from a leading academic institution
Minimum 5 years international business experience
Proven ability to manage a multicultural team and across multiple time zones
Must be multi country, multi customer, business challenges could contain some ambiguity
Experience of operating in a complex matrix environment & collaborating effectively with internal and external business partners
Demonstration of operational thinking, passion, teamworking and relationship building to influence
English proficiency required; additional languages beneficial
Global experience is required, to understand the culture and ways of working across the Energizer business
