Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence – Commercial (International) position sits within the Business Intelligence function of the Global Marketing organization and is responsible for conducting analytic studies, garnering insights and trends across all of our categories and International markets, and providing regular reporting to and communication with key stakeholders across International Commercial organization.

Specific Accountabilities
Leads and optimizes the reporting and socialization of data, information, and analytics, including:
Utilization of syndicated data – POS and panel – in International markets
Report-automation and consistency across regions and markets
Optimization of budget (prioritization of the right solution against the right business issue in the right market/region)
Identification and management of vendor partners as appropriate
Develops relationships and keeps constant communication with colleagues in markets across the globe to provide holistic response to reported business performance, in order to explain activities and outcomes
Helps identify the need for and executes analytical studies to drive better insights in support of improved business results (examples, Price and Promotion analyses, Assortment Studies)
Champions new, different, or untested analytical approaches in pursuit of business goals
Identifies fresh, innovative reporting solutions that work for the International Commercial organization
Strikes the right balance when investing time and resource between analytics, insights and reporting
Provides regular reporting to the International Leadership team, as well as area and market leaders
Provides ad-hoc support to executive leadership on category analytics and insights
Works in partnership with Directors of Global Business Intelligence for aligned formatting, analytic approaches, preferred vendor partners, and interpretation of data
Leverage all data available (purchased and discovered online) to provide answers to business questions
Required Skills and Experience
College/university degree – Bachelors or Master's with strong math/statistical component preferable
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a Commercial, Category Management, or Syndicated Data analyst role (preferably CPG)
A broad understanding of how to leverage analytical insights in a fast-paced environment is essential
Strong technical skills (e.g. IRI, Nielsen, Numerator, Profitero, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills

Working Relationships
- Reports to Senior Director, Global Business Intelligence. Key relationships internally will include International Trade Development (Pricing and Revenue Management, Category Management), Sales, Marketing, International Commercial Leadership Team, and your Global Business Intelligence team.
Work Environment
Location can be remote, but multiple time zones will need to be understood and applied
Partnership across international markets will require some business to be conducted outside typical US hours
Travel will be minimal, but International when required
