Position Summary

Responsible for supporting the Total Rewards team in analysis and execution of programs and policies related to global benefits, global benefits administration of other Total Rewards programs as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Support of all global benefit programs execution and administration, and support Talent Development.

  • Provide benefit analysis for U.S (United States). & Global Benefits. Provides reports to management regarding employee benefits data findings.

  • Evaluates, recommends, and administers employee benefits programs, has sound knowledge of laws governing benefits compliance applicable to health/welfare and retirement benefits (COBRA, ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act), ACA (Affordable Care Act), FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), ADA, and HIPAA).

  • Subject matter expert on Global leave-of-absence and disability policies, insurance policies, and wellness programs and global rewards. Track record of implementing/refining HR (Human Resources) Leave policies, establishing process improvements.

  • Support HRBP regarding Benefits related questions, create FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), provide training regarding Benefit enrollment and execution.

  • Administration across both programs including vendor management, internal stakeholder coordination and process champion, strong customer-service orientation, and ability to work across all levels in organization

  • Continue to build knowledge of the company, processes, and internal customers

  • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyze practical solutions using technical experience, judgment, and prior precedent

  • Participate on assigned project teams to achieve common goals, while building integrated collaborative relationships with other team members, business partners, and stakeholders

  • Responsible for global Benefit administration, working across various stakeholders in HR, Legal and Finance to execute program and ensure appropriate governance, compliance, and budget tracking

  • Participation in benefit, leave-of-absence surveys and analyze market data for recommendations from U.S. and Global Benefits brokers

  • Support continuous improvement programs, collecting feedback from HRBPs, Managers, and participants to improve experience, recommend best practices and new program ideas

  • Partner with other team members to develop education/communication materials on the above global Benefit programs

  • Perform necessary analytics for ROI (return on investment) on programs to help the business make performance driven decisions

  • Manage Global Mobility and relocation duties and work with various vendors to ensure a smooth transition

  • Responsible for administration of tuition reimbursement program and coordination with internal HRBPs

  • Support acquisition-related due-diligence and integration analyses

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

  • 5-8 years of work experience in Human Resources preferably specializing in rewards, compensation, benefits

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize own workload

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work to an elevated level of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently with minimal instructions

  • Self-motivated and highly adaptable to change

  • Ability to work Globally across cultures

  • Flexibility on work schedule to work with international colleagues and vendors when required
