The Sales Analyst plays a critical role providing insights into sales performance (sell in/sell out) within a cluster in supporting decision-making by the Commercial team and generate/analyze reports such as sales quotas, incentives, Nielsen, market. Universal Accountabilities

• Compile and analyze sellout data by customer (direct sales) and by route (Distributors), identify performance Gaps / opportunities, and recommend actions • Create standard and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making • Support sales administration, e.g., set up sales quotas, implement sales incentives, manage Salesforce performance • Monitor distributor performance • Interface with Finance & Controllership on managing Deflator and A&P budgets • Interfaces with Supply Chain on Demand Planning process • Support Annual Business Planning (ABP) at the cluster level Specific Accountabilities

• This position has to support report to Sales Area but it has high involvement with finance Area due to the ABP and Deflator • Interface with marketing to analyze Nielsen and campaigns information Required Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with sell in/sell out and commercial concepts. • Understanding of Sales processes, metrics and performance levels • Well-versed on analytical tools and techniques • Attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, etc • 3-year experience in sales analytics statistics • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel • Medium level knowledge in Microsoft Access • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues • Excellent communication skills ( written and oral ) • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills • Influence, Teamwork, Collaboration, Customer Focus, Achieving Results and Initiative • Ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value added work • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment • Prioritize based on business strategies and objectives • English: Medium level Preferred Skills and Experience

• Trade investment and A&P budgets management • Mass consumption and retail in Chile and/or Argentina Key Performance Indicators

• Net sales vs. budget • Gross margin vs. budget • Deflator performance vs. budget • A&P spend vs. budget • On-time delivery and accuracy of reports An Offer to Grow On
