Reporting to Assistant Supplier Development Manager, you will be responsible for Auto care TPM supplier development, including quality control and improvement, both system and process audit, quality system improvement and basic product testing and process audit. You will follow up and monitoring the production of initial orders for new products.
Responsible for the quality system audit for new supplier as a qualification and annual audit for the existed supplier for Auto care.
Lead the qualification of product and process for the new project and jointly work with R&D for a part of new project launch.
Managers and optimizes supplier quality performance, including continuous improvement and innovation, develop supplier quality.
Provide monthly/weekly performance feedback as needed to target supplier and coordinate the supplier performance review
Creates and maintains mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with suppliers to foster feedback and continuous quality improvement.
Handle the routine quality issue which include the customer compliant and quality issue from inspection and supplier.
Communicating and reporting to US office about QC inspection result and quality improvement updates
Required Skills and Experience
College degree or above with around 3 year supplier management experience
Fluent in English and regional language/s (written and spoken)
Good communication skills
Knowledge of QA (Quality Awareness) organization and procedures used to address customer quality concerns
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
