Position Summary

The role is responsible for supporting the operation of Payroll & Workforce (HR Data) Administration services provided by our global vendor and performing any retained transactional activities with a focus on our International market. The HR Services Analyst will ensure that payroll is processed by our providers timely, accurately and compliantly in addition to ensuring that HR data is up-to-date and accurate in our HR Information System. This position can be located in either St. Louis, MO or Miami, FL.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Work with vendors associated with the delivery of payroll services

  • Support ongoing maintenance of HR data, including supporting vendors who provide information or feeds to core payroll service providers

  • Ensure all submitted data is accurate and complete and meets the appropriate privacy legislations

  • Act as the main point-of-contact to help support other functions or locations to help resolve payroll issues, employee or vendor inquiries after escalation to Global Business Processes

  • Recommend ongoing changes to improve the quality and cost of Payroll services

  • Coordinate / participate in the audit process, as required

  • Validate gross-to-net payroll results for accuracy

  • Support the maintenance, upkeep and modification of earning and deduction records

  • Coordinate required reports or payments to government agencies, insurance companies and other organizations with payroll providers

  • Escalate issues per the defined governance schedule

  • Coordinate with payroll service providers to respond to all inquiries from tax, social security, or other organizations

  • Facilitate timely and accurate posting of payroll results to General Ledger

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent practical experience

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant HR experience

  • Previous non-US payroll experience required

  • English and Spanish language skills required

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • US payroll experience a plus

  • Payroll vendor management and global data privacy knowledge a plus

  • Reports to Payroll / Workforce Administration Manager, Americas & EMEA

  • Key relationships internally will include HR Business Partners, Finance & Controllership

  • Key relationships externally will include global payroll provider and partners

Work Environment

  • Minimal travel required

  • Located in St. Louis, MO, corporate headquarters or Miami, FL

  • Physical requirements – Typical office
