Position Summary

Responsible for supporting the Global Compensation team in analysis and execution of programs and policies related to compensation, global mobility and recognition.


  • Compensation: Global Year End process execution, administration of long-term equity programs, salary structure administration, compliance related to compensation programs

  • Recognition: Administration of recognition programs

  • Global Mobility: coordination of services

  • Continue to build knowledge of the company, processes and internal customers

  • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyze possible solutions using technical experience, judgment and prior precedent.

  • Participate on assigned project teams to achieve common goals, while building integrated collaborative relationships with other team members, business partners, and stakeholders

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Specific Accountabilities

  • Support compensation programs execution, to ensure base pay competitiveness and balance internal equity within the global pay structure.

  • Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking and job pricing with local HRBPs and ensure alignment with global compensation structure.

  • Participation in local salary, equity, recognition and global mobility surveys

  • Compensation compliance (FLSA in the US, fair pay, etc.)

  • Responsible to maintain global mobility policy and processes and work with HR Services to execute administration of the policy

  • Responsible for the recognition programs. Continuous improvement of the programs, drive utilization, streamline processes, collect feedback from HRBP, Managers, and recipients to improve experience, recommend best practices, recommend and implement new programs and ideas.

  • Responsible for vendor management and global budget related to mobility and recognition programs

  • Assist in execution internally and coordinate with transactional team on vendor management.

  • Partner with other team members to develop education/communication materials on the above global programs and reward fundamentals

  • Perform necessary compensation analytics to help ROI on rewards $ and leverage on analytics to help the business make performance driven decisions.

  • Governance as it relates to the programs noted above.

  • Support acquisition-related due-diligence and integration analyses

  • May also perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.

  • 2-4 years of work experience in Human Resources preferably specializing in rewards, compensation and/or HRMS

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Good time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize own workload

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently with minimal instructions

  • Self-motivated and highly adaptable to change

  • Ability to work across cultures

  • Flexibility on work schedule to work with international colleagues and vendors when required

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of total rewards programs

  • Strong Presentation skills

  • Will interface with varying levels of internal customers / cross-functional personnel

  • Working relationships with HR Business Partners, Finance and Controllership and Legal

Work Environment

  • Office environment (located in current Energizer US location) or home office.

  • Travel Requirements- minimal

  • May require meetings outside or typical workday hours to coordinate with global partners
