Energizer is looking for a strong, qualified candidate to join the Global Auto Care Marketing Team as an Assistant Brand Manager, Communications & Visibility. This individual will support the development and execution of global brand consumer communications and visibility efforts across the Auto Care portfolio to ensure that Energizer Holdings, Inc.'s brands are the first brands seen, sought, and sold in the retail environment. They will collaborate closely with many cross-functional groups and agency partners to ensure an integrated and cohesive brand experience across the consumer path-to-purchase.
The ideal candidate is an energetic professional who is able to multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate advice, and provide creative input to help advance our brands and drive our business.
Support development and execution of global Visibility initiatives, including: global Shopper Based Solution strategies, key visuals, toolkits, merchandising guidelines and assets, measurement and process enhancement.
Support development and execution of global branded communication initiatives, including: consumer-relevant and purpose-driven brand positioning, brand treatment, visual identity, priority initiatives and communication.
Support development of the annual and three-year global Marketing Plans, plus all supporting tools and consumer assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver business results.
Manage agencies and suppliers to agreed budget levels.
Manage Global Communication & Visibility budget.
May also perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's (4-year undergraduate) degree with a preference in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of brand or trade marketing experience
English proficiency required
Strong project management skills and results-driven; ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong ability to think critically and analytically
Strong ability to influence and build relationships
Outstanding written & oral communication skills
Self-starter with strong desire to learn
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills and Experience
CPG background preferred
Exposure and understanding of global marketplace dynamics and considerations
Previous experience in retail and/or strategic consumer communication planning and development
Additional language fluency would be considered a plus
Working Relationships & Environment
Reports to Director, Global Communications & Visibility, reporting through Global Marketing
Key relationships internally will include Global Marketing, Americas & International Marketing and Category Development teams, Business Insights & Analytics, Shopper Marketing, Marketing Services and Legal
Includes external engagement with agency partners
