Financial leader responsible for providing a highly transparent and effective Treasury operation that is governed by sound business controls. Position will also support growth strategy through evaluation and execution of potential mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures as well as divestitures by the company.
Global Treasury operations
Retirement assets and liabilities
Capital structure planning
M&A financial due diligence
Manage Global Treasury personnel and processes
Manage debt capital, global cash management & cash flow forecasting
Oversee hedging programs including FX, Interest rates & commodities
Manage global property & casualty insurance program
Develop international capitalization & dividend repatriation strategies
Support defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans
Manage stock repurchase program
Play a key role in all M&A activities, manage financial due diligence, build valuation models and provide general transaction and analytic support to the VP, Corporate Development
Coordinate all financial due diligence efforts and manage external advisors to develop acquisition business case analyses
Interface with cross-functional teams including Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, HR and other departments to build valuation models
Partner with business leaders before, during and after the M&A processes to evaluate financing strategies, deal economics and support the financial integration post close
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 8-10 years Corporate Treasury, 10 years of progressive Corporate Finance experience
Corporate Development experience
Superior oral and written communication skills
Senior management exposure
BS or BA and MBA
Preferred Skills and Experience
CPA or CFA preferred
Experience with a consumer products company
Working Relationships & Environment
Legal, Tax, Accounting, Senior Management
Travel 5-10%, as needed
