Position Summary

The Manager, Global Consumer Care is a part of the Energizer Holdings, Inc. Global Marketing team and is responsible for managing the organization's global consumer care operations, including developing and implementing leading practices to improve day-to-day operations. This position oversees consumer inquiries, social media feedback, fulfillment, product submissions, quality assurance, reporting, and business reviews.  This role has responsibility for managing ongoing improvements to processes and tools as well as management of the operations budget. This individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, local market colleagues, and multiple Consumer Care agencies.

Specific Accountabilities

• Manage consumer care for the global organization

• Support internal local marketing teams and agencies in addressing consumer inquiries

• Manage escalated consumer care cases in a timely manner, ensuring they get handled in a way that aligns with our processes and principles

• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to resolve escalated issues

• Identify and execute process and systems improvements

• Collect insights from the consumer care operations and proactively feed it back into the business for continuous improvement

• May perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor degree required. Marketing / Business Administration major preferred

• English proficiency required. Additional languages beneficial

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Action-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Ability to develop and maintain critical cross-functional and external relationships

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop effective teams in a large, fast paced environment

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of related experience in Consumer Care, including oversight of the operations

• Ability to collaborate, skillfully influence, and appropriately navigate challenges

• Proven experience being resourceful and having to be a self-starter

• Experience working on a global business alongside colleagues from different markets

• Resilient problem solver with the ability to gain consensus and manage sensitive situations

• CPG experience

• Key internal relationships will include Global Marketing, Area Marketing, Legal, Procurement, Research & Development and Quality Assurance

• Key external relationships will include various Consumer Care agencies

Work Environment

• Limited travel required
