Assists in the development of annual brand plans for relevant markets and manages execution of agreed plans to drive business growth consistent with the International marketing cycle plan and global direction. Champions and communicates brand activation plans to local sales teams. Manages product portfolio strategy and execution.
Develops a detailed understanding of all aspects of the market using global insights plus local category, trade, shopper and consumer and competitor data that provides competitive advantage.
Builds a winning program of activities and initiatives in line with global direction and International marketing cycle plan that drives consumer and shopper interest to meet agreed sales and margin targets.
Assists in the development of ATL campaigns, and proactively leverages any ATL spend in market plans.
Develops and oversees implementation of local consumer activation programs for the portfolio.
Works closely with local sales teams to maximize opportunities and ensure effective implementation of strategies and plans within major channels and customers.
Coordinates with and manages local creative/activation agencies as required.
Analyses and evaluates implementation of key plans and activities on business and brand equity to maximize effectiveness and provide future improvement.
Manages all aspects of portfolio management including but not limited to product range, pricing, profitability, range optimization, promotional packs and NPD
Liaises with cross functional departments to ensure seamless execution of in-market initiatives (e.g. forecasting, inventory management, Financials and Trade stories).
Monitors implementation of agreed pricing strategies and core distribution matrix.
Leads the development and execution of the MCP for Auto Fragrance, Performance and Refrigerants, under the supervision of the SBM.
Required Skills and Experience
Degree or above in Business, Marketing or similar discipline.
Solid evidence of working in consumer goods marketing and sales ( including implementation of brand plans, consumer activation programs, new product launches, A&P budget management, marketing activity analysis and evaluations and product management.)
Exposure to working direct with customers and sales teams
Experience of analyzing and utilizing trade audit data

Working Relationships & Environment
Reporting directing to Senior Brand Manager and working closely with key internal stakeholders such as category development, commercial team, Finance, Supply Chain and International Marketing team.
