The National Field Sales Analyst plays a key role within the national field sales team in managing the CRM system and working closely with the National Account Management team.
This is a very high profile field operations role and through the cross functional collaboration within the business it provides excellent career opportunities.
This position would suit an account or field sales professional with CRM experience, and a sound understanding of daily field operations and customer accounts. Working with highly experienced and hands on management, this is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to apply and expand their skillset. You will have a genuine influence on our ability in delivering best in class field execution.
Analysis of CRM data to review key business initiatives and insights. Report back and present results to wider business
Field workload capacity management (PTS)
Actively working with the national account team in managing projects, tasks and activities requiring field sales implementation
Utilising systems and processes ensuring all timelines are met for effective communication to the field sales team
Management and maintenance of CRM system and ongoing enhancements
Collection and utilisation of real time information to provide visibility of key metrics i.e. promotional compliance, in-store standards etc.
Utilisation & development of framework for ongoing data management and delivery of reports
Utilisation & development of dashboards / reports to measure ROI, field execution standards and performance
Management of the CRM system customer and product database
Allocation and management of the hardware, working with IT ensuring ongoing maintenance and effectiveness of the tools
Working with the retail visibility and logistics team for all point of sale requirements, and the allocation and delivery to the field team
Working with the category team for sales data interface into CRM system
Liaison with the 3rd party broker for executional requirements
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years in FMCG or retail experience (field sales or account management)
Tertiary degree qualifications preferred
CRM / Systems management
Self-motivated and able to take initiative
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical and attention to detail
Able to work as part of team and cross functionally
Ambitious and results driven
Expert organisation and time management
CRM system (Field Operations) experience. Familiarity with Stay In Front highly regarded
Microsoft office competent with strong Excel skills
Working Relationships & Environment
Reporting into the Field Sales Manager ANZ and supporting a team comprising of Regional Field Managers, Sales Representatives, Merchandisers and a 3rd Party broker.
