Position Summary
Represent Energizer as key Supply Chain lead within customer through developing a collaborative approach with Category Manager/Buyers and Energizer Commercial team to understand category plans and impact on Customer demand.
With the assistance of Customer Replenishment teams, Forecasters and Supply Chain contacts, supported by Energizer Supply Chain team and engagement with Demand and Supply Planners, manage alignment and execution of customer replenishment for base demand and promotional activity to meet supply metrics. Responsible for utilizing and sharing all data elements and insights to identify opportunities to improve customer-vendor supply chain efficiencies, drive cost improvements in the supply chain while maintaining service and delivering to both customer and Energizer commercial performance.
Manage alignment of replenishment and promotional order activity with the assistance of Customer Replenishment and Supply Chain Contacts, Buyers, and Sales. Responsible for utilizing all data elements and insights to identify opportunities to improve customer-vendor supply chain efficiencies and drive costs from the supply chain while maintaining service.
Responsibilities
Universal Accountabilities
Drive collaboration between internal/external stakeholders, customer supply chain, and sales in order to deliver internal delivery, working capital goals and customer key performance indicators.
Support the commercial team in the delivery of invoice and gross margin, and the delivery of Joint Category Plans for the customer.
Lead and/or participate on assigned project teams to achieve common goals, eg customer POGs, events.
Specific Accountabilities
Customer Service – Integrated Supply Planning.
Manages Inventory and CPFR business requirements and manages implementation with customer.
Influences inventory optimization and identifies trends that improve growth and profitability.
Leads improvement initiatives that deliver enhanced supply chain performance and align with Cost to Serve strategies.
Identifies, analyzes and interprets business opportunities.
Exercises independent discretion with decision making to impact business goals and objectives.
Analyzes supply chain performance in conjunction with ISP/CPFR customers’ systems/expectations to improve the joint supply chain metrics.
Work with the Woolworths Demand Planning team to enhance and improve the accuracy of the NZ Countdown order plan.
Drive the demand collaboration between Woolworths & Energizer to bring the voice of customer into the internal review process.
Work with Big W on collaborative events planning, coordinating ENR and Big W planning and fulfillment through regular collaboration meetings and specific event planning.
What we are looking for
Required Skills and Experience
This role suits someone who has worked in a similar role or in customer service, demand /supply planning in an FMCG environment.
Undergraduate degree (Forecasting, Supply Planning, Supply Chain, or Business disciplines preferred).
Computer proficiency: SAP, Excel Power User, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI.
Working knowledge of basic supply and demand planning concepts as well as Sales and Operations Planning and Scheduling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and highly adaptable to change.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Ability to travel between office and Customer location.
Supply Chain experience in FMCG environment.
Ability to lead stakeholder engagement at all levels.
Ability to negotiate and influence.
Preferred Skills and Experience
SAP experience preferred.
Field Sales or Key account management experience.
Prior ISP experience
