Generate Category & Shopper Insights on batteries, flashlights and autocare and support company goals with target-oriented presentations and management reports.
Ongoing analysis of market, customer or shoper data and presentation to internal and external stakeholder
Generating category insights
On-going analysis and monitoring of main market competitors
Creating relevant category and retailer presentations to support company goals
Hosting correct and full key market panel data via Nielsen Answers
Required Skills and Experience
University/ Bachelor’ s Degree as a minimum requirement.
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Can work independently with ownership of category management for the Polish market
Proficient knowledge of channel management, market analysis using POS and Nielsen data
FMCG company experience
Category Management experience from other companies ( watch-out : no former category manager from retailer, as these are normally buyer-positions focusing on purchasing)
Preferred Skills and Experience
Commercial delivery - result oriented
Good networking internal (Sales & Marketing) and external (Customer, Retailer)
